Our staff has over 15 years in the building of custom desktop pc’s and laptop computers. We want to offer you the best services for your needs. We use only name brand parts, by the best manufacturers. We review and test all of our products for a five day burn-in period to insure performance, before shipping. Other computer manufacturers test for a quick quality check and thats it. Most state they do the same but can ship your computer in 3 days, that doesn't really add up does it? Computer systems are guaranteed to be shipped or delivered within 15 to 20 days, we manufacture and test each computer. Faster shipping times are available, but not guaranteed. We do guarantee any product, installation, part or defect with a three year warranty after purchase with a full replacement policy and this covers parts and labor. We do not recommend over clocking with the processor and this cannot be covered by our warranty. However certain video cards may come over clocked and is covered within the manufacturers warranty.
